That's the McHugh building in the background and the car, McAndrew's '47 Chevrolet is parked in front of Fred McAndrew's business at the time - a furniture store between Ben Franklin's and Gerster' s Jewelry. I wish I still had that wool shirt Oscar is wearing. It was the only thing that kept Norman and me warm while putting in the dock at Lake Marion in early June.
