AT Number and Unit # are required for personal packages,
but not for letters, although it helps speed delivery.

Patients are allowed only three (3) personal packages, (as opposed to those from approved vendors, see list at*) during any 3 month period. Thus I suggest any "packages" be sent from approved vendors. This will allow Ed and Jane Ellen to make maximum use of the "personal package" mailing limitation.
