RESULTS (Narrative)

1. Sarge appeared in San Mateo County Superior Court today, Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at 8:30 a.m.

2. Sarge pleaded "no contest" to one count of robbery and acknowledged that the plea included one "strike". He will be formally sentenced six months and one week from today after completing his confinement and treatment at Atascadero State Hospital. That confinement is the end result of the Santa Clara County trial.

3. Sarge's San Mateo sentence will be five (5) years probation with credit for time served which should be perfected by the end of his time in Atascadero.

4. Thus Sarge will officially begin his new life free and clear to go anywhere immediately following his formal sentencing in San Mateo County at 8:30 a.m., August 25, 2009.

5. Sarge could be transported as early as today to Atascadero in a San Mateo County Corrections Department vehicle.
